Gingerbread Festival
While LaRue was visiting Liz, Gary and Owen over Thanksgiving they all went to see the 2012 Gingerbread Festival at the Mormon Trail Center.

I really loved the cookies wreaths.
The Grinch sitting with the two missionaries was a fun idea…I can relate to that..my second Christmas in the mission field was the best.
And the Center Christmas tree was so cute with the little pioneer figures on it.
I thought the room would smell like ginger but that smell wasn’t that strong to me. But it was a delightful visit and feast for the eyes. LB
